（法新社紐約聯合國總部29日電） 美國表示，聯合國今天表決通過巴勒斯坦升格案，對巴勒斯坦與以色列走向和平產生「障礙」。
美國駐聯合國大使萊斯（Susan Rice）在聯合國大會表示：「今天通過的決議實屬不幸且有不良後果，進一步阻礙和平之路，那也是美國投票反對的原因。」
包括美國和以色列在內，全球僅9國強烈反對巴勒斯坦升格成為「非會員觀察國」。美國是以色列親密盟邦。
即使本案大體上具有象徵性意義，萊斯不認為這個決議案具有歷史性重要地位。
她說：「今天的重大宣布很快就會退去，巴勒斯坦人明天醒來，除了恆久和平的前景已遠去，將發現生活並無多大改變。」（譯者：中央社陳蓉）1
